A FAMILY TRADITION
Chilote Kitchen began with a simple mission: to bring the authentic flavors of a Mexican street taqueria to Surprise, Arizona. We grew up watching our abuela press masa into tortillas by hand and marinate meats for hours until they were perfect.
Today, we honor those traditions. We don't use pre-packaged tortillas or frozen meats. Our Al Pastor is stacked fresh on the trompo every morning, and our salsas are roasted and blended in-house.
"Chilote" represents our roots and our commitment to bold, spicy, and unforgettable flavors. When you eat here, you're eating with family.
